Returns and Replacements
At granotone, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products, however, we do not accept returns. We are responsible to replace a product if:
it has reached you damaged
if the wrong product has been sent to you
Please take an image when you receive the product, in its box packaging itself, and email us a picture on firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order details, and the images of the broken/expired product. Do inform us within 24 hours of delivery of the products.
Cancellation and Refunds
Orders once placed through www.granotone.in cannot be canceled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through www.granotone.in
